反軍人年改抗爭昨引爆激烈警民衝突，甚至有現場記者遭到毆打，造成多人掛彩，更有人爆料附近兒童醫院因此造成運作困難。內政部長葉俊榮今（26）日受訪時表示，反年改團體攻擊媒體又毆打警察，不僅挑釁、踐踏民主，更挑戰國家公權力與法治，「幾乎把民主國家最不應該挑釁的兩大支柱都挑釁了！」他強調，對於任何違法脫序的行為，絕對依法究辦，不會有任何一點點容忍。

葉俊榮指出，反年改團體從昨日開始轉趨暴力，毆打媒體、攻擊警察、包圍兒童醫院，「這已經不是理性表達意見的行為了。」

葉俊榮說，毆打媒體是對民主非常嚴重的挑釁與踐踏，攻擊警察也造成 84 名警員受傷，這是對國家公權力與法治非常嚴重的一種挑釁。

葉俊榮嚴肅批評，反年改團體幾乎把民主國家最不應該挑釁的兩大支柱都挑釁了，嚴重跨越一個正常民主法治社會該有的紅線，因此警政署對外聲明，對於任何違法脫序的行為，絕對依法究辦，不會有任何一點點容忍。

此外，對未來陳抗行為，葉俊榮呼籲，反年改團體要維持法治社會該有的格調，不要再用同樣方式來試探台灣社會的容忍度，希望能回歸正常理性表達意見的正軌，「不然，警察包括檢察機關，絕對會表現出捍衛我們政府尊嚴與法治尊嚴的精神，依法究辦到底。」
